Senior Grandmaster Rick Alemany
makes his first visit for 2011 to One Martial Arts in San Franciso from April 13th - 17th for private lessons, "Tiger's Gratitude ", a brand new seminar of innovative self-defense and sparring techniques, a hosted dinner and a group workout.
